The Torfin provided a comfortable three-night stay during my business trip. The room was impeccably clean with lovely decor, and I found the amenities nearby very convenient. Had a splendid stay! The room was beautifully done, and that shower? Divine! Plus, loved having a private entrance to escape the noise of the bar.
But goodness, that bed felt like a medieval torture device! I think I met more springs than I should have.

Clean room with a trendy feel. Soundproofing failed, heard neighbors clearly. Close to golf course and good transport. BBQ area is nice too.

A Mixed Bag Stay
Had a cozy 3-night stay with my partner. Dining was a highlight. the fresh haddock in fish and chips exceeded our expectations. On the downside, the cleanliness of our room left much to be desired, particularly the bathroom. Would advise the management to address these issues.

Loved the shower in the Deluxe King Room. The bed felt cozy, and the decor gave a nice vibe. Staff made me feel welcome and were eager to help. Convenient access to the city with nearby bus stop. Had some trouble with noise from the bar downstairs. music was loud until late. Could hear neighbors talking at times, which disturbed my sleep. the room size was smaller than expected, making it a bit cramped, especially with luggage around. Had an issue with the heating. the space heater was quite noisy. Still, the room looked clean overall and well-designed, though it could benefit from better soundproofing. Enjoyed my time at the pub downstairs, especially the breakfast options.

we had a great stay at the torfin! the room was nicely decorated and super clean. it was so handy for getting into the city centre, lots of amenities close by too. surprisingly quiet even though we were overlooking the main road, and the bar staff were really friendly! plus, the food at the pub downstairs was fantastic, especially their breakfasts.
we could hear our neighbors through the walls sometimes, and the mustard in my sandwich was way too overpowering.
